Want to become a better man?
I’m sure every man reading this does, but sometimes the approach you take doesn’t help.
We strive for reward, instant reward, and often when we don’t get it we give up.
It’s like when you try to lose weight, you spend a few months or even a few years going from diet to diet. You often give up when it doesn’t become sustainable or it doesn’t reward you as expected.
What happens? We find ourself years later still in the same position we was.
Let’s say you’re 25 and you think of a new business idea. You aim to execute and look to make it offer a return quickly, and once it fails you give in. You turn 27 and start again, trying a different method this time. You go all in to no avail. You’re now 30 and you’re in a job you hate and you still have a burning desire to run your own business.
Would the outcome have been different if you took a longer approach?

This approach is more sustainable, you’ll find yourself giving up less and it will become habit to seek growth.
