What We Can Learn From The Messi Gatorade Commercial

I just got sent the new Gatorade commercial featuring Lionel Messi.

It’s inspiring…

“Don’t go down.” At first my immaturity took control and I thought it was a parody relating to oral sex… but I was wrong.

As a player Lionel Messi is the greatest there is right now, in fact people would argue he’s the greatest to ever kick a ball. But as an individual, his maturity and professionalism also shines through.

There’s no denying that talent plays a role in his success, but hard work takes the forefront. Aside from the tax scam investigations, he very rarely hits headlines for negativity. He dreamt of playing Football and now he’s living out his dream he doesn’t settle… he works harder.

Don’t give up.

That’s a key takeaway from this video.

If something holds you back from your goal, if something gets in the way… push through.

“They say Messi doesn’t talk much” but Messi does the talking on the pitch. He knows action (rather than talking) leads to success and hard work prevails.

Even though the video is slightly corny, use it as motivation for today and remember if you want something… never give up.
